User Agreement

This user agreement combines the terms and conditions under which Traveltor (Traveltor Ltd.) and its affiliate companies provide services to users interested in purchasing Traveltor's products and/or services via the company's website or other channels such as salespeople, mobile apps, customer support centres, agents, information campaigns, and so on. In the agreement, the user and Traveltor are referred to as 'parties,' while the parties are referred to collectively as 'parties.'

The User is Responsible for Being Aware of This Agreement.

You agree to the terms and conditions listed below, as well as any supplemental recommendations and future amendments, by accessing or using this site or any of its services. Traveltor reserves the right to update, alter, or eliminate any portion of these stated Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The User's and/or TRAVELTOR's rights and responsibilities with respect to any TRAVELTOR services will be limited to the scope of this agreement. TRAVELTOR reserves the right to terminate access to any of its services at any time, without warning, and for any reason. Third-party vendors are required to deliver certain products or services.

Aside from this agreement, the User must understand and agree to the terms and conditions of such vendors. TRAVELTOR will supply and update such TOS, which will be considered a part of this agreement. The User must read and accept the applicable TOS for the service/product he has purchased. Traveltor's services are supplied to the User on the premise that they accept them as is. To avoid any misunderstanding, it is clarified that by using TRAVELTOR's services, the User agrees to this Agreement and the TOS. If any aspect of it offends the User, he should not use TRAVELTOR's services.

Account Information from a Third Party

By using TRAVELTOR's website and app, the user authorises TRAVELTOR and its agents to access third-party sites, such as banks and other payment gateways, that they have specified or that TRAVELTOR has authorised to retrieve required information on their behalf. The User should choose a password and keep it private when registering. Any activity carried out while using the password or account is solely the responsibility of the User. In the event of unauthorised use of the account or any other security violation, the User must immediately notify TRAVELTOR in writing. TRAVELTOR is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of the illegal use of his password or account.
